Does a radio also work like a repeater? Like we hear one town, but we can't hear who they are talking to and I know by the map, that those two are farther apart.. Does this mean, if we put a repeater in the middle town, we would hear the other messages?
It is odd to hear one sided convo.

Re: Repeater question
Radios don't work as repeaters. The transmitter must be within range of the repeater's range in order for the repeater to pick up the message and pass it on.

Re: Repeater question
I don't think it works like that, Seko...
I thought the repeater needs to be in range of the transmitter, then the repeater sends it over all it's range. So, the radio message needs to get to the repeater, which then sends it further.
