Walking?

Is the walking skill still being worked on or have they decided not to use it? It seems like the idea has been around for a while, but never actually implemented. Just wondering if I should expect seeing it any time soon.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it. It is not in the pipeline that I am aware of.
