I like to build character flaws into many of my players. It's a difficult thing to do to keep consistent with personality and flaws when it hampers progression or may hurt other characters. I have had more than a few characters that have broken ties to people I as a player would like to continue RP'ing with just because it needed to be done. I'd start a list here and offer my apologize to all the players of the characters that have had to deal with my characters imperfections but that's not going to happen.
Edit: I mean I am sorry and feel bad but I'm not going to list it here

Re: Character Flaws
I know what you mean!
One of my characters was so mean to a newspawn, that she went away. I am sad, that she woudln't take the chance to some really interessting roleplay and I'm afraid she might died in the wilderness...
(I'm even more afraid, that it was a new player and we lost her/him because of that. (and by 'that' I mean 'me'...))
