So whats with that? I may have missed something posted but all I have seen is like a hacker fucked shit up we are fixing it...There has to be more to that right?

All hacker related updates (in English) were posted in the "Cantr Down, Check here first" thread. If you don't see it there, it's not public information (in English). Your summary is essentially the status of the game at this time.

Did the Prosecutor ever pursue charges? Don't want any details of the case necessarily, just curious if he was arrested or not.

The last information that we were given was that the investigator was seeking the proper jurisdiction to handle the case.
