If you have a character who is investigating someone's murder based on a hint they received "in a dream", people have the right to ignore your character and question your actions OOC because usually getting information in a dream or a vision means a big fat CRB. Especially when it's about a murder investigation.

It has happened before and the investigator and the murder victim were played by the same player. The investigator was using OOC information when he knew what had happened to the other character. People reacted IC to what the investigator said, they searched the murderer's house and found the body. It was a civilized place so the murderer didn't get executed but he still had to be punished. The point is, he would not have been caught without the investigator's player breaking the capital rule. -- If your character killed someone with no witnesses around, surely you wouldn't want the player of the victim to send another character to get you in trouble? There is no ingame mechanic that would allow getting messages in a dream or a vision or telepathy, so why would people allow some character's life to be ruined by someone who doesn't play fair?

You obviously didn't manage to grasp the one Rule to Rule them all since you first started playing in 2006. Why should it be any different this time around?

It's a definite "not". You have been banned from the game permanently, meaning that you can never ever play again. There's nothing else to say.

Feel free to ban his forum account. We've done it for other permanently banned players.
