"actively repairing the current location"

Anyone notice this?

He is in his twenties and is actively repairing the current location.

I just saw it, am I late to see the explanation or is this something new?


Noticed a button to repair buildings/vehicles too!

It's been around for a while already but since locations can't deteriorate yet, I'm not sure if it would actually work.
