E1 dinghy gone missing

For the past 60 Cantr years there's been a dinghy, named E1, floating in Kwor bay. Can't see it any more. Has boat rot set in? Has it sunk at last? Is my char's eyesight going?

Rafts now have the ability to dock to dinghys. It was probably recovered.

I know that "South Point Longboat" now has a new owner, and a new name *chuckles silently, then shuffles sideways out of view suspiciously*

E1... Crikey that rings some bells. How did it get out there again? Wasn't it a newspawn thief?
