I do not think so! We once talked about PD reviewing every death and it turned out that this wiould be a massive amount of work for a few volunteers. This would be even worse, given that some things might well be debatable!

I guess your right, so then maybe there should be strict rules governing the creation of projects, and if one violates the rules then it should be removed and the player should be placed on like project probation for like a cantr year or so. Improper project reports can be handled kind of like CRB I guess, though I dont really know how these are handled.
