Half the time this is just using a bug, IE put tool in repair, tool doesn't deteriorate, once tools start to deteriorate in repair there will be discarded tool all over the place... weapons wont get discarded simply beause a crumbling crossbow still hurts - another bizarre artefact!

Hmm...it is a bizarre artifact because crumbling hammers work the same as brand new hammers too. Hmm....interesting.
And a crowbar lasts for 30 game years. 30 game years. 3-0, three zero game years...

Just curious... was there some tweaking with crowbars? I just started repairing a used crowbar that needs only 5hrs of repair, vs the 55hrs it needed beforehand. I thought 5hrs was how much repair was required for brand new status an hour or two after you'd completely repaired them.
Anyway, if it has been tweaked, thanks, it's much better.

Will any weapons be changed, or will all weapons be changed? I'd really like to hear what changes are made because repair rate is the most important thing I used to pick weapons with some of my characters. And I wouldn't want to invest my time and resources into one weapon over another only to find that it is now a worse choice for a weapon.
Tool changes would be nice to find out about too, although there is not a lot of choice in one tool over another for a job. So we just have to deal with whatever you give us like we have been doing.

Yay!
I can live with all the other repair times, (bone tools I just throw away for instance, they're cheap crap and there's always one in slightly better shape lying around) but over 20 hours fixing a new crowbar has always been ridiculous considering they're probably one of the sturdiest tools in esistence. My grampa has one that's like sixty years old hanging up in his garage and it's in perfect condition.

Exactly. Unless you throw it underwater, it won't deteriorate. Hell, they're still finding swords and the tops of pitchforks from the middle ages.
I think they should decrease the rot times. And wood doesn't rot away unless it's moist all the time, and even then, not so quickly.
This is good to, though. I like it.

I honestly don't know. If weapons are changed however, it is likely that some of them will remain the same. The change to the crowbar was placed on the wiki shortly after the change occured, however I don't think it warrants a character page notice.
