15454, if that's really hte case, have your sister email the players Dept.
I had a similar situation, where my wife applied to see what all the fuss I made was about, got denied, and jsut created a few characters on my account. Eventually, she got bored and I asked to delete her characters.
I found out then, that my wife could have simply emailed the PD, explained she was a spouse using the same computer most of the time, and really was a seperate person looking to explore Cantr.
So all hope is not lost.
