lock pick tool? Where!?

I searched today for the lock pick tool, to manufacter one... but in what catagorie is it? I can't find it, lmao.

It's not described as a lock picking tool, and it's not what you might think about when you refer to the term lock picking.

Yea, but when the game says 'you don't have the, and neither you don't have lock picking tool' you can't find out what it SHOULD be.
