Where do the bodies go?

Postby Seeker » Thu Jan 12, 2006 2:13 am

If someone dies on the road, where does the corpse go? Does it have something to do with where it is on the road or does it just appear in the town he/she was coming from.

Oh?

I thought it depended on whether it was past 50% or not. (if so, then it would go to the other town).

And I thought that applied to items as well.

You sure you're not basing on this when:

"Thief!"
"Oh dear. Jump on the road, hit him, and come back"

Because that would be under 50% and would mean his/her body comes back to that town...

I don't know, you're a staff member, you know more, it's just what I heard somewhere and it makes more sense. :)

Nope, doesn't matter. 20% or 99%.

One of my characters once asked how a body of a person that left the town ended up here, and was ignored. To me I really find that odd, as if I'm asking something out of character??? Is it really out of character to ask something like that? ...Wow, for the first time I've asked something newly-like. Not that it's the first time I did something newly-like here.

But remember, if you leave a town and then decide to return to that town but die, you go to the town you wanted to go to.

I see opportunities for delivery services.

Also if a person is stationary on a road when they die , their body will always end up the default town of the two at either end of the path, regardless of which town they came from .
