Hmm... I'd have to say King Matthias, simply for ruling so long and so peacefully. There was even one episode where he prosecuted a high-and-mighty Stone Knight.

Jules, IMO, is shaky. Both my character and I think Nayr would make a better leader, but that's just me. And my character.

Jacques is really successful, and has helped my character out on numerous occasions. He's got by far the most successful business I've ever seen.

And you have to appreciate Loki Firesmythe, even if it's only for doing something a little against the grain. Rough, abrasive, fearless... my kind of leader.

I don't know why Holly Brown wasn't posted here earlier. I don't know how she does it (both the player and the character). I mean seriously, she can be irritating, but the fact that she is so committed to the company is crazy. She's definitely why the Siom Steel Works is probably one of the best and most organized companies (even governments) that I know. Alright, I'm done kissing her feet. ;)
Just because you're older, smarter, stronger, more talented... doesn't mean you're BETTER.

You know, I forgot about Loki. (How is that even possible!?) I've only had one character there for any length of time, but it was fun while it lasted. (Anli Snow, from my first account.) The town just wouldn't be the same without him.
