Try and think of economy as the distribution and allocation of resources. This doesn't have to involve currency...a bartering economy is still an economy. It just sounds like you are looking for something that closer resembles the modern world.

Storm, I've seen one of your characters, I believe. The lack of punctuation, and the insistant attempt to name what he's making as "Storm's" was a minor giveaway...
Do you actually think that creating a store that, as best I can tell, will try to sell the exact same things people can dig out of the ground will have any positive effects on anyone? That certainly isn't the way any successful economy I've ever heard of, real or otherwise, worked.
um hmm, nope none of my chars do any of that, I have one char thats close, but still he takes the raw resource and turns it into something else then trades it off...
actually I have something else to add to that, SO WHAT! lol by me starting this store and selling stuff that can be gathered, it increases the Economy, people like you in this game is what holds back Cantr Growth, becuase you think "why trade for it if you can harvest it?" well thats the thing we need to trade for stuff any time, that will greatly improve Cantr.
