Villains

Postby Zoot » Wed Oct 08, 2003 6:22 pm

I keep hearing stories about supposed villainous characters on this board, but I can't seem to find or hear of any in-game...which is terrible for a character who wants to join a maurading band or two.
Like the beat beat beat of the tom-tom
When the jungle shadows fall
Like the tick tick tock of the stately clock
As it stands against the wall...

Most the of the villians in the games have either been killed or gone to the good side like Maynard (thogh one of my characters believes other wise). The Alexian Empire is around and it isn't really a group of villians but a lot of people hate them.

I think organized crime in Cantr has slowed down for a bit and it has come to more of a individual crime which is easy for people in certain areas that are in charge to clean up.

But you never know what might happen in the future. Tomorrow things might change.

You are actually the first player, tho, asking to get INTO areas with villains, rather then getting out of them. ;-)

Well in Quillanoi there has just been a killer through town. He's a strange sorta character. Don't know how you would describe him. Still a villianous character.

That's odd, Wolverine-guy. I've a character who isn't too fond of Maynard as well.... But not necessarily a 'villain.'

Oh, there are villians about...it's just that it seems they are scheming at the moment more then acting...at least mine are  ...and Maynard will hit 40 soon, I think it's time for him to slow down, but who knows

No, you got to understand the history of that area. Maynard is definitely one of Cantr's greatest villians as well as the Krif/Drojf/Seatown Region's. It's remarkable that he is still alive. A lot of people at one point thought Craktar had killed him but instead he went into a deep coma. When he came out of it he turned to the good side. One of my characters believes it is just an act and that he is just playing everyone for a fool like when he took over Krif and formed the Kirf Empire around 200 to 300 something. My character is forbidden, though, to do anything against him....yet.

My villains keep getting killed, unfortunately! Like Yosh Miguel in Quillanoi, after he massacred everyone with a crossbow, and Blackbeard Portugues in Naron, after he docked daily and assaulted the town, attempting to squash the Imperial forces and plunder their wealth for his own.
