Is it just me, or is Quillanoi THE WORST PLACE IN CANTR! I HATE IT! I HATE IT! Thank you...that is my rant for the day :p

I think it's one of the better places. Definitely one of the nicest places I've found. They have relaxed laws, welcome newcomers and have a lot of freedom and oppurtunity when it comes to working.

It's developed but still has a friendly feel to it, unlike most of the major towns where they seem very fascist with their rules and regulations.

Man where can I find this place? But one place where I do not like is lad. When I was ther I could not fart with out asking. But like in most places ther are some nice people ther, who can help you.

I think Quillanoi is unique in Cantr. That is why I like the place but it isn't my favorite but it is different from many other places that seem to copy off one another sometimes.

My travelling Quil char misses it already, but he's glad to get away from it o_o As for my other char in Quil, he just doesn't like police brutality ^^;
