I'm writing up a Cantr II FAQ because I have nothing to do, really. If you have any questions you'd like to see in it, please post below and I'll see what I can do.

What happens when I run outta minutes?

Wait to tomorrow when it resets to 200. And no, the staff will not change that number to more due to poor time managment. You can log off when done playing.

How do you make X?

You must find out the necessary components and "produce it." Add materials to that project from your inventory, then work on it via participation.

Although navigating on sea SHOULD be found out in game, it IS complicated (Especially because the map is rotated) so I think I'll give a few pointers at least (Point out about the maps rotation, what to do if stuck on land and you can't move, etc etc)

As for the foodstuffs question, a lot of people ask about that, in game and out of game - and really, logically, they should know that you can't eat raw meat, raw corn, etc. Well... you CAN, you're not supposed to. Secondly, I answer that question because of game mechanics. You don't really know what food is a healing food or a daily food until you try to eat it manually or automatically at the days end. It would be easier to just explain that some are healing foods, some aren't. In any case, I don't tell them which is which, so they'll have to figure thatout themselves anyway.

As for the hitting people with one hit, I don't detail what the best weapon and such is, I just explain how there isn't or won't be a weapon that does that (Well, maybe one day, far far away), so the answer is no (Unless they're weak as it is).
