What Encoding are you using?

I want to know what encoding you guys are using, Im using Western (ISO-8859-1) right now, how about you?
I have add an annoying time with Chinese characters on gnug.org. In fact, logged in right now I can't read Torkess' title. All I know how to do to fix it is typing "/charset utf-8". It work on the unilang.org server just fine, but craps out for me on gnug.org
Is that making any sense? Who else has this figured out?
