Offensive Spanish Character

Offensive Spanish Character

I've got a problem with a Spanish character. First he only used Spanish swear words on my character and I still thought it was okay ingame if his character just hated characters who speak other languages. At the same time he emoted on English that he smiles at my character and told her on German that he loves her (ironically). But now he starts to emote offensive sexual stuff on Spanish because he seems to think that I as a player can't understand more Spanish than my character does (which is nothing).

So this is supposed to be handled by support, not by PD? And the email should be directed to support email address : Image?
