Landmark project problem

Public discussion channel to report possible breaches of the capital rule and for the public investigation of suspected cases. Note that in many cases it might be preferred to report such cases in private to players@cantr.net instead of on this forum.

There's a stupid landmark-project somewhere that says something about 'this town sucks'.
I can't remove it, as a slight amount of stone has been put into the project.

- Respect comes from two sides and must be earned. Nobody has the right to it because of a title, sex, age, race or birth.
- What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
- I believe in True Love, do you?

No, the landmark is something like; Everyone in this town should die.

It could be a CRB because the person stuck a little bit of stone into the project to make it stick there, unremovable.
