dutch man speaks English

In Flikadorov, there is a man in his twenties who speaks english while it is impossible he learned that:


2155-0.15: een man van in de twintig zegt: „thanks"


2155-0.14: een man van in de twintig zegt: „food? i am hungy"


2155-0.13: een man van in de twintig zegt: „kan ik van iemand wat te eten krijgen?"

the first one makes clear he is a dutch guy. He is on de dutch island, so that's not strange. But the last two events he speaks english...

i don't know the mans name, but he has been in jail (which is called 'Achter Slot en Grendel') for using violence, and now he is being draged back to jail for hunting on animals on which it is not allowed to hunt.


I don't know what the punishment is on using a wrong language, but someone clearly is breaking the rules.
