Is this an cr breach?

Public discussion channel to report possible breaches of the capital rule and for the public investigation of suspected cases. Note that in many cases it might be preferred to report such cases in private to players@cantr.net instead of on this forum.

Well they could be killing people for it.

Stuff like this isn't good to have on the forum. Because they may be innocent. Send all this in an email to players@cantr.net.

And if you don't mind please edit your posts to nothing. I cannot do that in this forum.

If your right it will be dealt with.
