Handcuff's yeh, And they need a key too take them off while they are on you can't use weapons tools or shields things like that or maybe you can't hold anything.
Maybe a crowbar could take them off or you need like something else a file maybe.??

I don't like it. It would make it extremely easy for a group to take over a village and kill everyone. They could just slap some handcuffs on everyone and kill them.
