Vehicle attacking DUPLICATE

Just a thought. You could be able to hit someone with a car, or any land vehicle really. The chances of hitting them would be a bit lower (or dependent on a "Driving" skill) and the damage range would vary drastically, as well as be dependent on the weight and speed of the vehicle (hence a bike would do less than a jeep)
I don't actually swim all that often
