I'm sorry if this has come up before, but I searched and didn't see it.
I think it would be nice if you could whisper to more than one person because sometimes you want to talk to more than one person, but you can't go in a building to do it. I don't know, just a thought.

see Multiple Character Whispers - also the suggestions to be able to define groups of characters discuss the concept
If you do use search you can limit the search to Suggestion Forums which covers all three forums.
