Teaching! [Duplicate]
Not sure if it's been suggested before, but what about experts being able to teach others? Maybe in long projects, depending on randomness and a teaching skill.

Well, Apprenticeship came to mind, at least when I read it. A person with lesser skill (lets say novice) could get an increased rate of developing a skill when on a project with an expert at that skill. Perhaps a teaching skill could be developed to vary that as well, but it's just a thought.
