Mulitple Note Selection

Postby Oasis » Sat Jul 23, 2005 1:06 am

Little boxes beside notes, that you can check, then put them all at once into an envelope.

I have charries with hundreds of notes. I don't have time to sort them one at a time. I've tried. I'm waiting til this is implemented, before I am able to sort out all their notes. If it never is, my poor charries will forever have to struggle to find notes that are given to them, since they don't end up on the bottom of the pile.

You get the boxes when you take the notes out of an envelope... why not when you put them in?

I like this idea... :)

Well this I think no one will disagree with. I think it'll be in the accepted suggestions Forum by tomorrow.
Any bets?

Yes. Any character with responsibilities is bound to end up carrying loads of notes, if several could be put into envelopes at once then that would be very useful.

*Bump*

Come on guys, I really really need this to be implemented. If any of my charries die, it won't be a pretty sight!

A few characters of mine make rooms solely for the storage of notes. It's a pain going through a bunch of notes to sort them out, especially when you're the only person in town who will bother to clean up the notes from dead people...

Although along this idea, if checkboxes were beside notes so actions performed on them would apply to all checked boxes, couldn't we do the same with all other holdable objects?

ie: I could hand a set of tools to an employee all at once.

I like tis idea too...if we cannot destroy notes, they should be made more easily stored...it takes alot of minutes to sort them, put them in envolopes. Maybe even a second inventory? One that only holds notes? But I would rather see the 'check boxes'

All for it, however I bet it will take at least three days more to get accepted.

i like this idea. It might be an alternative to my idea of chucking the notes into a furnace to watch it burn.
