Adding "Reclaiming Key" Project to Work Benches

As the title states: Shouldn't keys be able to be reclaimed on work benches as well as stone tables? Coins can be, and all types of ore can be crushed on both.
It's probably just an oversight, but I figured that this would be the best place to bring it up. Maybe it should've gone under General Support. I don't know, and I'm too tired to think about it too much.
