Your character, after becoming 60 years old, can die of old age. It's an OOC decision of the player, which is visible to other characters as a heart attack.
This has already happened

Last week, I had one character in one of my towns die around the age of 50 and the last two days two people died who were still in there twenties. One of them not even 21 years old. The death from old age page still says 60 though.
Has this changed to all ages recently, or is it a bug and people clicked on it accidentally to test what it does?

Twenty-something's have always had something of a tendency to die of heart attacks...
A great lack of exercise is the main cause

It's called quitting. PD can also give characters heart attacks but then spawning is blocked for a while afterwards.

Or then account pings out and chars die.. Or played quitted by pressing X. But really there's so many heart attacks nowdays that it's like.. meh again another one
