if there are implemented bikinis or towels, why not jeans?
Why two-part pants are more important then new clothes?

Implementation of jeans could stimulate some tailors who could specializing in making jeans clothes. Could stimulate cotton trade... Buttons and zippers gives more uses for metals, chitin or small bones... And first of all that could be new opportunity for rp.

Sth like implementation of sails. There are people or even all towns making sails, ropes, sailclothes, logs etc. So hemps, ropes, timber are more attractive. And locations which have hemps and timber can develop.

I have no objections to adding denim. It should be difficult to manufacture, however.

Why not just make it from sail cloth? And no added difficulty.

Sail cloth? Absolutely no! Denim is made from cotton. And sailcloth from hemps. Now hemps are more useable than cotton.

But jeans cloth can be more labourious to make it more difficult. for example 400g jeans cloth form 500 or 600g cotton yarn.

I thought about that too, but I'm afraid people will object since there is a subtle, but important difference between those clothes (or so I read). It would also be odd to use oil or resin to make jeans.

Did you at least implement it in a way Rigel would approve of?
