As far as I know we don't have a tailor right now. We should ask the chair how to go about clothes implementations in this situation.
The suggestions would require a little more discussion though since it involves a new cloth type and the implementation of buttons (which could make it advisable to update old items that also use buttons).

Pretty in pink.

Whoops. Heh.
And I'm not sure that "description: very sexy close fitting jeans shorts scarcely covers wearer's hunkers. ideal for hot days " for jeans shorts is the right description, heh. But it's cute.

O_O I was imagining it a bit...longer. Hehe. Maybe something like, very tight-fitting jeans shorts scarcely cover the wearer's hunkers.

This has been suggested before and I doubt there will be more types of cloth added into the game. Just like silk can be taken as satin or something translucent, cotton cloth can be taken as denim or thin cloth or something that's used to make sweatshirts. But it would be good to implement pants that use zippers since currently they are not used for anything. It's rather irritating when you're rp'ing taking someone's clothes off and you have to ask them did you imagine buttons or laces or just write vaguely because the description or building materials give no hint of how some pants or a skirt stay on.

In my opinion it's great suggestion. Personally I don't see any obstacles to put jeans in game. They will add some colour to the rping and chars won't have to pretend that cotton cloth is denim.
Moreover, I think that this sort of suggestion will animate game, because our charries will have new possibility to work and have fun from tailoring.
Zippers and buttons, for me, are the most important part in this suggestion - because I'm still looking for new usage for current resources (like copper or tortoise shell), to make these resources wanted, traded and sought for.
