Moderation or sticky requests in Polish Forum

I just made this topic to others can write there about moderation requests or sticky requests in Polish forum.

Now I have one request. Please make this topic sticky: http://www.cantr.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6072 .

I'm new PD member but I can't still moderate Polish forum or make stickies. This topic is about Capital Rule, to help Polish players in understanding The Rules. There is great Missy statement from one of her posts: "Your chars should not be cooperating without an absolutely unavoidable reason." and two examples of unavoidable reasons, one from her post, and one from my Cantr experience.

It is disscusion about money in the game just after one char said it that he want to introduce monetary system. There are way which this char wanted to introduce, and it was even no 4 days after this fact. Thic topic can lead to many CRBs, as long as I know many Polish players, who like to build the same thing just after other of his chars saw something like that...

EDIT:
and please if possible change title of this topic from "Dyskusje na temat pieniądza..." to "Dyskusje na temat pieniadza...", because it have broken special polish char which looks bad (there also more of topic titles like that). And maybe We should to delete some posts from this topic or cenzor them? But unfortunately many players already read them.

I posted it without login in. And I must to post it with log in as KeVes. It will be the announcemented about rules on forum (4 day rule, not writing about something what can lead to CRB, not swearing, etc... and newbie guide how to register on forum.) I have whole topic copied to wordpad, so it will be no problem. I also wonder why it is possible to post without login on Polish forum? It is not allowed on every english Cantr forum and on half of language forums (the same problem may be with Russian, Esperanto, Spanish, Turkish and Portuguese). It can lead to anonymous swearing, accusing and other bad behaviour, and sometime someone can post without login by mistake, and he/she must login and post twice to say that it was he/she. In my case, I wanted to check how to register on forum to wrote this newbie guide, and I was sure that I have loged in (maybe I did it in wrog window or something)
