Username Mstr. Bankol, sent me a shady link that has my username on it, I didn't click it but I clicked the link in their profile and that turned out to be a porn site.

I've gotten both messages in a PM.
Awkward: Having your phone go off full volume during a funeral.

Even more awkward: Your ringtone being "I Will Survive"

The most awkward: Coming back after a 10+ year hiatus and swearing I'd never come back.

Ditto, thought there was a block on accounts who had never posted?

Banned. Unfortunately, I can't check IPs on a PM to do an IP ban.

Doesnt the forum keep a log of those that sign up? I would assume that these would be recent, so should be near the top of the list. I do believe the IP can be found that way.

It's not anything I can access. The admin interface in this version is very primitive. Converting the forum will help tremendously.

I use SMF and it allows tracking of usernames and such though the admin options. It will allow you to see IP's used and so on from that name.

The next version of this forum does all that as well. We just need to upgrade it.

The procrastination always gets in the way, doesn't it?

I got one of those PM's as well, just skipped it over. Shady "anti virus" sites are a big red flag for me. :D

I also received it but it wasn't about what you all are talking about. Said that they found a video of me on the computer. Uh... I don't think so. Didn't click it.
