Well, Armulus seems to think having a long ban list is bad for lag, and I've never seen a spammer log back in after, so you can either ignore them, or just deactivate their account if that's within a mod's powers (probably not).

It's a lot easier for us if you post the link to the spam. If they post one spam, all their posts are spam, so it's a given. For future reference.
