Who do I report such an unusual situation to?

Edit: It does not appear to be account access, but rather database access.

It should be reported via support forms as the display bug it likely is, if not simply player error. There was no unauthorised staff access, nor do most staff have anything like the sort of access required for such actions. Please avoid such alarmist descriptions in public forums.

To update on this issue, the feature reported was neither a bug nor a hack. When a manufacturing project is cancelled, but the cancellation project then itself cancelled, the project initiator of the initial manufacturing project will then be displayed as the char who cancelled the cancellation. The time stamp will indicate that date, but any progress in the manufacturing will be preserved, which can appear to be a mismatch.

Staff volunteer their time to work on this game, and to help players. It doesn't serve your fellow players to report suspected bugs by making accusations against staff or other players.
