It should still be possible to restore it because it hasn't been 7 days yet.

I didn't see these reports missing for anybody else, so I guess something might have happened with the email during delivery. I've restored the ability to send it for Seko.

It turns out it was caused by my spam filter. I have no idea what triggered it.
