Contacting PD
I sent PD an email via the contact page a month ago, then two weeks later when I hadn't got a response PMed a PD member on the forum. That PM hasn't been opened (still in my outbox) and I still haven't had even a 'we got your email' response. Who should I message and how to check whether the email went through, and ask for any replies my junk filter might have eaten to be resent?

Beep beep responded to one of my messages eventually but I also got the automatic reply from the website when I sent the email.

The automatic reply as in the email copy of the message you sent? I've received those for messages I was later told never showed up on PD's end so I got one but I don't know whether it means anything XD

Re: Contacting PD
You can contact any PD member by PM. Even if s/he is not able to work on your problem, s/he can see if things are going.

Re: Contacting PD
It's good in theory, but requires the one I pick to come online and read their messages. If nothing had come of the thread I would have eventually tried sending PMs to other PD members but I don't want to spam you all

Re: Contacting PD
I tried to use the contact form to report a character that is described and role played as obviously non-human and I got some errors and then never got a response, who should I report that to?

Re: Contacting PD
Adding to Snickie's comment - if you REALLY want a response - technically you could add 2 or 3 or 4 PD members into the single PM. I don't encourage that though, I imagine a single PM to a single PD member would suffice... but sometimes things are urgent!

That's been mentioned in a PM, and was said to be being handled....
...that said, I had a tougher time finding anyone but Sanchez to PM when I had a question for PD. is there a list anywhere I just could not find? I was going by "forum name-tag-thingies".

memberlist.php?mode=group&g=5
You can also see who's in the departments at the top of any Topic (i.e. General Support, etc) - look for "moderators".

Re: Contacting PD
Email is currently working, thanks to Pies. In-game messaging system is working, thanks to GreeK. The custom description reports are working, but it seems not showing confirmation to the sender (we are getting multiple copies of some). Thanks for PMs, and also for patience.
