Seeing through multiple windows

I looked as best I could, and could not find the info, so apologies if it's readily available. Can you see through multiple open windows at once? If I have a room inside my house with a window on it, then the main room has a window, can I then see the main town?

You can however see through a window to the outside, and then through a window into another building.
