ProgD is very very very aware of the lag at the moment . We believe we know what is causing this but it may be a while before we can resolve it . by a while I mean up to 12 hours or so.

I'm just very curious now how we're going to solve this in 12 hours :)

The travel tick that should occur just a few ooc minutes prior to this post didn't happen. I think because the server's been down for backup. There's been a couple times when I didn't think my charries travelled at this time, before, but it always happened when I was at work and couldn't tell for sure. Today I was off work and I had accidentally sent a charrie onto a road and had them turn right around and they didn't arrive when they should have and no one else travelled, either.

[edit] the server time is running about 5 - 10 minutes fast - maybe that has something to do with it?

Sorry for the double post, but it happened again today. By the time the server was done backing up, the time for travel had already passed. Maybe you could switch the time of the database backup?

Thanks for reporting this Angelspice , It seems the conflict has been occurring for 10 days or so . It's easier for us to change the travel timings as opposed to the back up as I believe that is set by the hosting company .

Yep... I've noticed my chars seem to have stopped. And I don't know whether to leave the projects or not, as some would normally have finished them... and I don;t want Cantr to catch up and not get the project turnover.
