Custom descriptions apparently really mess up page layout, can that be adjusted?

Oh yeah, I got this too >_< I like my long custom descriptions on occasion :P

I don't recall if this has always been the case with custom descriptions? Odd if not but I'd have thought I'd have noticed way back the first time I played.
