Please send me a pm with the details since there are no radios out of sync for what I see.

I ran it once. ;) Does the problem still occur?
Some receivers had missing frequency. It's strange, because I thought I fixed all possible problems with radios.
And I thought it can be fixed manually by resetting receiver frequency.

Is there a broken repeater somewhere in the Brunoi area?

I've run a script but it didn't find any broken repeaters. Can you test it again? If it still won't work then please contact through support form with the details: location, frequency etc.

I've tried it again, but I don't know what the problem is. For the past few days, there seems to have been no way of contacting Brunoi from the Aragon area.

Someone probably messed with the repeater. Not surprising in light of the recent discussion of repeaters and how they work in the general discussion forum. Also, are you in the same area that you contacted Brunoi before? Some areas are still "dead-zones." You may not be reaching a repeater from where you are if you're mobile. Finally, is someone in Brunoi listening/awake to get your messages?

The messages were not getting through, my character in the area did not hear the messages to Brunoi, but others of my characters did. And that same character is hearing other messages from elsewhere, just nothing none of the Aragorn ones.

I ran the script synching the radios. There were two receivers not listening to any frequenzy, they are now at freq. 100. Let me know if this helps.

Well, based on what Oasis said, it shouldn't help at all, since those receivers were receiving messages from other locations, so were working.

For what it's worth, whether it's natural or a bug, I can confirm that my radio now no longer reaches an area I know it used to reach. It's too bad that there's not a visual tool that programming can use to see the radio grid in real time. Any problems would be immediately obvious.

I think it's possible to make a graph in Excel about overlapping of repeaters and transmitters. I've done it in the past.

I'm..no longer hearing the radio from Cantr to Treefeather, its weird, used to be able to. I also cannot hear from very close locations on Cantr to another area on Cantr.
