Can the radios be sync'd again?
I don't understand how with the best transmitter in the game, I can hear people yet not talk to them. If the repeater message is reaching me, then I should be reaching the repeater.
(I'm speaking specifically about a "dead zone" in the Olip/blojt forest area where signals can escape from but can't reach, which seems to defy logic.)

Copying coordinates from the parent location unless they were also NULL.
If there were parent locations with NULL coordinates (excluding locations 22 and 23), you should run the script again.Fixed 0 locations.
Found 1 radios with a missing frequency. Trying to find frequency...
Couldn't find frequency for 11172380. Reset frequency to 100.
Found 6 radios that exist only in the objects table. Adding the missing ones...

There's a guy claiming that he's on a 4-town island, just built a radio, and I can hear him on Treefeather and Cantr. Since there are no islands like that around there, I just wanted to make sure that he's horribly mistaken and that it's not a rogue signal from a far-off land being brought to us by a bug.

As far as I understood, he's claiming there are four -other- towns to travel to... So a five town island. Miscommunication, maybe?

Perhaps, but from what he said, the location is uninhabited. If it was a town on Tergotha, there'd be laws on the ground, and the buildings would have the town names on them. There would be no reason at all that they wouldn't know where they were. Maybe it's just a prank, but I wanted to be sure.
I only ask them to check, because I know a long time ago, there were locations in the DB associated with the wrong islands, and I also know that radio coordinates can get seriously screwed up.

Vehicle radio not functioning
Um... yeah, I don't know if I messed up? or what... My character built a vehicle radio (receiver) that's the right one right? But I can't hear anything on it and I know there's tons of radio chatter and a radio in the workshop right next to my char. I then continued building vehicle radio (transmitter) and finished it, and tested it, still nothing on the radio. They're both set to freq. 100. If you can help me, the character and radio in question are in Halwende Mountain next to Shortinazy, in a stationcar called Truehearts of Halwende.
