Hey guys, sorry if this has been suggested before but I suggest that there is an ability to make certain people or everyone overhear your whisper, for either manipulation purposes or a meeting of whispers so you don't have to get a private room or repeat whispers to other people.
For example:
10 people in town, you whisper to one person but before you do, you select 2 other people to be able to overhear you, and of course the ole accidental overhearing, would make Cantr more interesting, maybe.

Re: Intentional Overhearing
I find it a bit hard to imagine someone intentionally causing someone to overheard a private conversation without making it obvious to anybody but the least observant that it was contrived.
Also, what is wrong with getting a private room?

Re: Intentional Overhearing
I think this might be a good idea, but intentionally making someone overhear something should also increase the chance of unintended people overhearing it as well. Also I'm not sure if it should work each time because a suggestion for multiple recipient whispers was already rejected earlier.

One of the things that always drives me crazy, that its one of the things that would depend on their relative locations in town, which we have no model for. Guess we'll have to let realism take another one for the team.
The interface for this would be... a list of everyone in town with checkboxes next to their names?
I disagree, it's particularly believable, IMNSHO, when people that are natural loudmouths with poor situational awareness (or ones that typically appear to) do it. I for example, could do it very believably, because I'm frequently caught talking about someone in a normal voice, who's right in the next room. Most people seem to think I'm just not paying attention, when in actuality, I just don't care if they hear me, usually because I don't think whatever I'm saying is really as offensive as the person I'm talking to seems to think it is.
