I still think there should be a chance for dragging to fail and that generates an event for the town. And perhaps that it won't be possible to try to drag that person again for a little while after it failed. Also dragging should make you more tired.
There is no rule that says I can't post as much I want. I asked my lawyer.

For living people, okay. But not for bodies or goods. It's enough pain.

Yes I can agree with that.
