How about colors?

Postby joshua johnson » Thu Jul 15, 2004 12:51 pm

How about colors.
People coule make dyes for clothes and paint for buildings and vehicles.

Squish some blueberries, set them out to dry, crush the dried ones into powder, - purple dye
Smash some tomatoes, simmer them down, then mix the paste with water and rubber over a fire - red paint
Grind up some carrots - orange die
crush some limestone and mix with water - white (I think limestone is white)
Coal or charcoal could make black

Of course, you would need to dip clothes in a pot of dye to get them dyed, or you would need to make a paint brush - maybe out of wood and horse hair, to paint.
I think, therefore I think I am, I think

PrD Jargon:

In progress: Working on it, but hey, I've gotta study, feed my family and the hamster and I'm planning my vacation for next year. You'll notice when it's done.

We're on it: Maybe next year.

On our to do list: Forget it. Don't bother us anymore.

Good idea: Hmmm. Lets see, maybe Anthony has some time to spare?

Done: Done.

Hey, 4 out of 5 aint bad ey? :D

Very funny, very funny. I think it's more like...

In Progress: We're working on it, STFU.

We're on it: Same as above, and STFU some more :)

On our ToDo list: We've put it on our list. No idea when we can work on it. Depends on programming or current project issues.

Good idea: 'Good' is the best thing you'll get! You can shove your idea somewhere :)

Done: Done.

(The only place I'm being serious, though, is Done and ToDo :P - We take all ideas into considderation. Some more than others, sure, but we still do! *Shake fist*)

it's true i see nearly every member of the res dept post in this forum or i see them reading it.but please just do a quick search before suggesting things as it may of been suggested 500 times before exactly how you just done it. if so see if any of us posted if it was a good idea on the to do list or that before startig a new thread. if you have a brand new way of lookig at it by all means post away  . if it looks like the idea was ignored before bring the thread back and add your own idea's too it. just within reaso don't bring back idea's from a yer ago or anything silly

Why not have a sticky of the current "to do" list on the forums? Then people are less likely to mention the same things over and over...

and if we put a to do list in here will you take the time to look through it every single time before you post a new idea? some will but mostly only the ones that will take the time to do a quick search and see if anyone else has started a topic on it

Erm, that list is good. Lemme move it to its own thread so everyone can see it.
