I never thought of you as being almost exactly a year older than me, Diego.

My bday was on the 9th. I never would've pegged Diego as a cancer.

I used to think of joo as a 1940s housewife.

I'm told I'm a typical Cancer, SumBum.

I accidentally made a typo today in which I used the word "his" in an emote.

The other player immediately showed concern, asking me about my gender and age, telling me that if I was a minor, I shouldn't be doing this. Well, I'm a girl and I'm 23, but I have to admit....I was highly impressed and glad to know people still have couth. His concern was very tasteful, and I'm happy that he asked. I encourage other players to do the same.

I thought everyone wanted us to use his/her, he/she in emotes. Using I or you is bad, because it freaks people out. I don't understand what context you used "his" in so I guess you must be talking about something totally different. So I am just confused. S I probably shouldn't respond, but I typed this much out so I am posting it anyway.

Sorry to be unclear.....
My charrie was a girl and I used "his" when referring to herself in an emote.

Thanks for the clarification. I have questions though.

I take it this was a cantrsex thing? If not then sorry for assuming but if it was than... here are some questions: My characters don't have cantrsex, cause I personally think it's weird. But I have no problem with anyone else doing it, live and let live in that regard. I am curious though, if someone is underage and is having cantrsex, does that really matter? I mean it's their character that is doing it not them. If we are supposed to play our characters not ourselves than it should be okay. If the player has to worry about the other players gender or age doesn't that take away from the experience? That just gives me another reason not to do it. When people have cantrsex do they stop playing their character and just play as themselves? I am just confused and curious.

Yes, it does matter. It many (most?) jurisdictions, that would probably still have legal ramifications if the second (or additional?) person involved was an adult. It would also probably have legal ramifications for the owners of this site if they knew about it and allowed it continue (although maybe not. Not sure about the laws where this is hosted).

:? how would you accidentally using the wrong pronoun lead him to suspect that you were a "minor?" And how is it "couth" and "tasteful" to intrude on people's privacy by asking them personal OOC questions and disturbing the immersion and flow of RP?

If there are legal ramifications this game should be adult only or Cantrsex should be outlawed. People having Cantrsex are playing with fire! Getting caught doing anything with an underage will ruin your life in the states. You are marked for life, you can't live anywhere legally, you can't work anywhere cause no one will hire you. You might as well kill yourself cause no one will want to be your friend. Cantrsex is not worth it!
