Donnie Darko is a good one. I have it on DVD so I'll have to watch it again soon.

This past week I watched the extended cut of the Millennium series (starting with The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo). I didn't notice much added from the theater version. Good stuff, but you have to pay close attention to keep all the people straight.

Men in Black 3. It was not the most amazing movie ever, but a lot of fun. It was way better than 2, but not as good as 1. It did, however, tie together the first movie very, very well. I suggest re-watching the movies if you can't remember them that well.

I saw Snow White and the Huntsman. Not the best... not the worst :)

Moonrise Kingdom - thumbs up. It's campy, charming, and full of chuckles. I'm surprised that it's showing in a multiplex. I usually have to go to an art house theater for this kind of film.

Bernie - hilarious! Jack Black, Shirley MacLaine, and the supporting cast are great! Also, best credits ever! If you see it, you should stay in your seat until the very end of the credits. There are several clips not in the movie itself (including some shots of the real-life Bernie). The clip with the old man trash-talking the people of a nearby town is by itself worth the wait.

Preach it, sister! I love Donnie Darko.

Watched the Chernobyl Diaries last night. While it was cliché in places, I did enjoy it, and the dark ending made my Kafkaesque side happy.

Delta Farce, 2007 war comedy parody, featuring Larry the Cable Guy and his blue collar folks. 6.5/10, watch if you enjoy parodies

Man from earth. A indie firm about a cave man still alive for 14 thousand years trying to explain it to his college Professor friends. Its on netflix. It may sound more then a little insane but its amazing.
