Probably jealous that you're paying more attention to the dog on the TV than him ;)

possibly. his twin brother loved watching scooby doo. he'd lay down on the couch on his back with his head propped up on a pillow and just watch marathons of the original series

Not sure if this will be weird to anyone or come off as just sad, but this struck me a little odd. My niece stayed with us during the summer a couple of years when she was a early teenager (She is almost 30 now). Apparently, she was waking up the middle of the night and foraging in the pantry. She would break off pieces of graham crackers and Hershey's chocolate bars and eat this while standing by the pantry. I knew this because I would find the broken crumbs and pieces in the morning still lying on the shelf in the pantry. I found this odd as I had not put any restrictions on her about getting a snack if she wanted one. She was very worried about her weight while she was here and would walk the dog incessantly. I have this visual of her in my mind standing by the pantry, in the dark, crunching on graham crackers and chocolate like a little squirrel that has discovered a cache of last year's nuts. I never said anything to her about it as I never actually confirmed that it was her doing it. Though, I stopped finding crumbs and pieces on the pantry shelf when she went home. Now as I think back, maybe this was a possible eating disorder? I wish I had playful weirdness in my family like drinking beer in the shower or walking invisible dogs. When my impending dementia sets in, I hope to have some pleasant eccentricities. Anyone care to make suggestions? Maybe if I plant the seeds now…

My mother says that, when she takes off her glasses, she doesn't hear well...

*Puts on and takes off her glasses repeatedly* Erh... nope... no difference here. I guess my ears hear well enough so they don't need glasses :P

I was reading about Indigo's witchcraft and I remembered...

My mother has a garlic inside a little statue near the door... to protect the house from witches.

That was cute. But, do you have difficulties in entering the house? :-p
