RP praise!

Postby Pirog » Thu Sep 23, 2004 1:18 pm

To promote good RPing I thought it would be nice to have a topic where you can give some much deserved props to people who play nicely. :D

My first praise goes out to the player of Atlantis Skycloud for keeping his character alive although his chances of ever recieving his freedom again are very low. Good work!

Tyrone Jets, it was disturbingly realistic. Also props for small stuff, the other day I was talking with someone that no one does so that expresses moviment in public before talking in private, but you did.

Elizabeth Royelle, she's just lovely.

So that no one would feel bad I will say everybody else too who puts effort in rp, there's never too much roleplayers. Keep up the good work, you're the ones making Cantr feel like a world instead of just a game.

To the player of Maruja, because I like the complete hatred against Hatchet.

Thanks! I like your RPing too...and I miss Jaina a lot, even if she and Tyrone had a bad fallout it made grounds for excellent drama :)

I like the way you express your characters thoughts, although I know that some people frown upon that.

Atlantis is one of my younger characters. Arluin Callaghan is almost 30, my oldest ever

To Valentine Dangle's player. :D Ok I wouldn't know about the "roleplay" ;) but his leadership is admirable.

A lot of people of KDS, adding on past DHN's Devon and girls, are very interesting. (Silverfoot, Joram Traske, Lisette Hariss, Alicia Reed, and of a different generation: JJ's management & Chris Myst)

Yes, Valentine Dangle is great!
Whoever plays him is a great RP:er...he often lets emotions decide his actions and doesn't kill people unless it's necessary.

He has changed a lot on his old days though :)
I knew him when he was a warrior in the Naron Guard, and now by one of my characters in Sjoftich.

To the one who plays Loki Firesmythe in Seatown Lakeside. Must be hard to talk so weird? Anyways, great roleplaying.

There are some truly excellent role players out there, who really make the game special and constant fun to play.
There’s a long list of chars who’ve really caught my eye in the 2 years I’ve been playing, and it would be impossible to name them all, but a few that have had the most impact on my own characters would include…

Wen Kroy, wonderfully irritating at times to the degree that you feel like bashing lumps out of him, yet brilliantly played… Alexa, Lance, Bella and Catherine in Blojt, who always make things interesting…Alexander and Belle Charms of the Kept, always remaining in character and played with depth and insight…Xanith, always a total pleasure to interact with…Vera Floyd and Farrah Perile, because again they have great depth and personality…Tamara Beason, Tessa La Rosa, Shelia Werthington, Joe Franks, Iza Doezit, Greg Spaatz…all great characters within the game and ones who have really added to my enjoyment of Cantr. :)

Silverfoot is played well, as are most of Krif - and John Woodhouse in Quillanoi must be the most well known and best played.
