Three Years Running

*sigh* my character has been locked inside the holding cell located inside the prison for three years...it wouldnt be so bad if someone actually came in there. i think they forgot there was another room inside the jail. it really sucks

I only had 1 character be in jail and it was before the shut-down so when it restarted I avoided jail.

Same here. That was in Dhung, a terrible little town. That char later died from goat attacks.

So far, my chars have all been too polite to get jailed, or they were good talkers at least. Some of my chars have gone to the dark side though

It would be pretty OOC for them to get you out now.

Things are quite different from when you went in.

I had a chracter who was just outside the door a few times but it never occured to me to open up the old cells.

Even if I was in Krif which I sort of can't be anymore, I don't know if I'd let this ooc open the door.

On the other hand the jail in near the lake. I think it would be fair for the players concil to "let the lock rust" since the jail hasn't been maintained.

Well, it's good that people actually don't like have a character in jail - makes for more realistic roleplaying, I guess ...

And he can knock to draw some attention, not? At least, when someone walks into the main room.

except he doesn't know when people are in the main room, so he just has to knock whenever he's on for a bit each turn.

And there is no longer a concept of imprisonment as can be seen in other posts. So he's locked in basically an abandoden building. It wouldn't surprise me if no one had the key to the cell.

A key to the cell is around, but no one knows anyone is in the jail, and no one has any reason to check...especially since the jail isn't really used anymore.

That entire island is being taken over. There are more goats then people on the island and the goats are more powerful.
